Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end planning and execution of the Event Contract business line, from mechanism design and liquidity build-out to user growth and experience optimization.
•Design Event Contract product mechanisms, including product specs, strike price generation logic, settlement mechanism design, and contract specs across crypto, equities, and other underlyings.
•Create and manage the market maker incentive and obligation framework and continuously monitor order book quality metrics (spread/depth/uptime).
•Drive business growth by owning user experience, growth campaigns, acquisition/retention/activation strategies, and core metrics like trading volume and user count.
•Conduct competitive research and internal trading-data analysis to produce actionable product and growth recommendations in close partnership with Trading Engine, Frontend, Risk/Settlement, Liquidity/Market Making, and Operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience building complex systems from 0-to-1 (e.g., trading systems, e-commerce systems, or payment systems), plus internet product growth and campaign ownership (acquisition/retention/activation).
•Exceptional learning ability, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills; translate business scenarios into data structures and business logic.
•Deep understanding of financial derivatives principles, with experience owning 0-to-1 design or large-scale overhaul of futures/options trading systems (preferred).
•Strong drive and leadership with excellent data analytical skills.
•Sustained interest in event contracts and the underlying drivers (crypto, macro events, sports, and politics), along with ability to use AI tools to improve personal work output and efficiency.
