Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct leadership of a multi-sector civil engineering team delivering plans, designs, and reports for infrastructure projects in the California region, with a focus on Southern California.
  • •Lead project delivery, project management, and oversight for cross-discipline transportation and infrastructure projects.
  • •Develop and inform project scopes, timelines, pricing, and budgets, ensuring compliance with city/state/federal codes and sound engineering practices.
  • •Collaborate with regional and national leaders to establish quality, technical, and sustainable standards and grow the California Region’s capabilities.
  • •Lead talent development, recruitment, and mentoring for the Southern California Civil TEC and associated teams.
