Key Responsibilities

•Provide direct leadership of a multi-sector civil engineering team delivering plans, designs, and reports for infrastructure projects in the California region, with a focus on Southern California.
•Lead project delivery, project management, and oversight for cross-discipline transportation and infrastructure projects.
•Develop and inform project scopes, timelines, pricing, and budgets, ensuring compliance with city/state/federal codes and sound engineering practices.
•Collaborate with regional and national leaders to establish quality, technical, and sustainable standards and grow the California Region’s capabilities.
•Lead talent development, recruitment, and mentoring for the Southern California Civil TEC and associated teams.

Salary: USD 200,000 - 323,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or closely related discipline.
•15+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering, transportation, infrastructure, and/or project management/delivery.
•Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
•Advanced proficiency with civil engineering principles, design/build processes, and regulatory compliance.
