Kipling: Supervisor - Dolphin

Lead day-to-day operations at the Kipling store by supporting the store leadership team, delivering personalized customer engagement, and driving high performance. Coach and develop associates, ensure operational excellence across merchandising and store standards, and help maximize profitability in partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Monitor KPIs and sales/profit goals, oversee opening/closing and floor coverage, manage stockroom flow, and uphold safety, policies, visual standards, and inventory integrity.
