Key Responsibilities

  • •Deburr simple to moderate parts with tight quality tolerances (approximately .005 to .030) using prescribed tools and equipment.
  • •Buff/polish and perform rough finish on simple to moderate parts while primarily deburring part exterior.
  • •Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, customer specifications, internal drawings, and procedures.
  • •Check finish and/or flatness on lapped parts using required tools such as Tropel Flatmaster and Profilometer.
  • •Visually inspect parts for defects (e.g., machining issues, rust vs. heat-treat scale), advise senior deburr of issues, and ensure completeness.

Salary: USD 24.57 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Reside within 50 miles of the Los Angeles, CA facility (no relocation benefit).
  • •Must be a U.S. person to access export-controlled information, including U.S. citizen/national or lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • •One (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred).
  • •Familiarity with machining/deburring and dimensional measurement tools, plus strong mechanical aptitude and visual inspection skills.
