Job Summary

Build customer relationships and proactively identify financial needs using a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment. Recommend retail consumer and small business products, cross-sell to existing customers, and support appointment setting with CAMP and approved marketing tools. Partner with business groups (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer and deliver holistic solutions, while processing teller transactions and supporting platform staff. Meet production and customer experience goals as you complete an onboarding and certification program.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Engage in cross-selling and outside sales activities, including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of platform staff while supporting referrals to business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment).

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry is preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers.
•Must demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
