Job Summary

Own and grow Reddit’s Restaurants and Drinks advertising relationships for Large Customer Sales. Partner with Client Partners to execute end-to-end campaign launches, drive year-over-year revenue, and deliver optimization insights. Manage account operations including troubleshooting, coordinate with Ad Ops for technical delivery, and consult brands on awareness and direct response objectives. Contribute client feedback to shape Reddit’s native ads roadmap and mentor teammates.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Client Partners to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals.
•Proactively manage and deepen advertising partner relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
•Lead and execute campaign launches end to end and deliver insightful optimizations to agency and client partners.
•Manage internal account operations including revenue delivery and troubleshooting issues.
•Work with Ad Ops to ensure campaign delivery and resolve technical hurdles, while shaping the native ads product roadmap and mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in advertising sales and account management (Restaurants and Drinks experience preferred).
•Strong understanding of the customer marketing funnel and traditional marketing ecosystem.
•Comfort working with diverse-scope problems requiring data analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors.
•Understanding of digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
•BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
