Key Responsibilities

•Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or Radar Cross Section (RCS) ranges/chambers
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges/chambers and relevant test equipment
•Coordinate with chamber/range equipment suppliers and services
•Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and ensure alignment with technology roadmaps and modernization efforts
•Provide guidance, coaching, and training to engineers across the business in areas of expertise

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including testing antennas/radomes in chambers or ranges; operation of antenna/radome/RCS chambers or ranges; knowledge of antenna/sensor measurement theory and range operation
