Lead and enable the enterprise back-office transformation portfolio, with primary focus on Finance initiatives and oversight across Procurement and HR. Own the portfolio roadmap, demand intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependency mapping, and governance practices. Drive finance transformation across ERP, budgeting, reporting, automation, analytics, and process optimization, ensuring measurable business value through executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, and value realization tracking.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, maintain, and optimize the enterprise back-office portfolio roadmap aligned to corporate strategy and transformation objectives.
•Lead portfolio planning, demand management, prioritization, and investment sequencing across Finance initiatives with alignment across Procurement and HR.
•Ensure initiatives have approved business cases, funding models, executive sponsorship, benefits, and measurable value realization targets.
•Establish and maintain portfolio governance, steering committee materials, decision frameworks, escalation mechanisms, and executive/operational reporting.
•Monitor portfolio performance, risks, budget utilization, dependencies, KPIs, and track realized benefits against business cases while driving adoption and change alignment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•7–10 years of experience in portfolio management and digital transformation, including 3–5 years in a managerial or senior stakeholder-facing role.
•Proven experience leading or governing transformation portfolios, preferably across Finance, Procurement, HR, ERP, shared services, or enterprise back-office functions.
•Experience in portfolio planning, demand management, prioritization, business case development, governance forums, executive reporting, and value realization tracking.
•Strong understanding of Finance processes, ERP platforms, reporting, controls, automation, data, back-office integration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
