Senior Engineer – Rotary Compressors

Own mechanical design activities for new rotary compressor products across the full NPD lifecycle, from concept through detailed design, testing, release, and field support. Develop specifications, run design calculations and trade-off studies, and incorporate field feedback via DFMEA and continuous improvement. Lead design reviews, build test plans and validate prototypes, and collaborate with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and suppliers to deliver performance, cost, quality, and reliability targets.
