Key Responsibilities

•Lead screening and selection of fit-for-purpose EOR/IOR recovery improvement concepts for mature fields (waterflood optimization, gas injection, chemical EOR, thermal methods, conformance control, hybrids).
•Assess reservoir suitability and integrated readiness across injectant availability, facilities requirements, well deliverability, surveillance design, and execution risks.
•Apply first-hand EOR/IOR experience from moving beyond studies into design maturation, implementation, start-up surveillance, and performance monitoring.
•Understand and coordinate the technologies, chemicals, equipment, surveillance tools, injection systems, and operational services required to deliver EOR/IOR concepts.
•Quantify incremental recovery, production impact, uncertainty ranges, implementation risks, and value drivers to support screening, ranking, and investment decisions; translate into technical and commercial propositions.

•Strong understanding of recovery mechanisms, injection systems, facilities interfaces, surveillance strategies, and commercial value drivers.
•Ability to defend recovery concepts and investment cases with senior technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders.
•Practical knowledge of EOR/IOR value chain workflows, service lines, and operational readiness considerations.
