Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support pipeline growth in the META region (Middle East, Turkey, and Africa). You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective customers, identifying qualified leads and initiating engagement to set the stage for long-term partnerships. Focused on inbound/outbound prospecting, you’ll work with marketing and Sales to drive regional opportunities and meet KPIs.

•Conduct targeted outreach via phone, email, and social channels to identify and engage qualified prospects
•Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and hand off to Account Executives

•Collaborate with marketing to support regional campaigns and events
•Stay informed about industry trends, regional market dynamics, and competitive positioning

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of sales or business development experience in the B2B tech or SaaS industry
•Fluent in English and Arabic; Turkish is a plus
•Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
•Familiarity with the META region’s business culture and sales practices
•Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient attitude
