Lead and shape the research direction for a proactive AI system, defining how AI reasons, evaluates, and improves in a high-frequency product. Own alignment, safety, and guardrails as core product concerns while steering architecture choices, evaluation frameworks, and frontier techniques (e.g., retrieval-augmented training, mixture-of-experts, multimodal systems) in collaboration with product and engineering.
