Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end localization strategy for the website and marketing journeys across priority markets, including web pages, email programs, and content
•Partner cross-functionally with Web, Growth, Marketing Ops, and Content to manage localization as a core part of campaign and product launch workflows
•Drive the adoption of AI-assisted translation tooling across marketing programs while maintaining strict quality and consistency standards
•Define and track the metrics that matter—from top-of-funnel engagement to downstream business impact—and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
•Develop optimization recommendations grounded in data; build action plans and drive execution with cross-functional partners

Key Requirements

•6+ years of marketing experience with localization, international campaigns, or regional marketing; B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred
•Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from brief through launch with Web, engineering, and marketing ops stakeholders
•Hands-on experience with AI-assisted translation tooling and QA workflows; familiarity with localization vendor management
•Experience with TMS platforms such as Phrase, Smartling, or similar
•Strong analytical skills to connect engagement metrics and funnel data to actionable business recommendations
