Nurse Claims Assessor 1 (Ratchathewi, Bangkok, TH, 10400)

Review and assess medical claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, including verifying documentation submitted via fax and other channels. You’ll manage and maintain claim records, handle inbound calls from customers and providers, and request additional information when needed. The role also includes preparing monthly reports with data accuracy and collaborating with internal teams to resolve claim queries and support continuous process improvement, working in a hybrid setup in Bangkok.
