Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for labor relations within assigned sites, including disciplinary, absence, conflict handling, and individual personnel issues.
  • •Advise managers and employees on social legislation, labor regulations, HR policy, and complex HR questions.
  • •Analyze HR data (absenteeism, turnover, retention, training, labor cost, FTEs, engagement) and initiate improvement actions with leadership.
  • •Ensure correct and consistent application of HR processes and labor law, and evaluate/optimize HR procedures for efficiency.
  • •Support recruitment and selection for local roles and advise on onboarding, evaluation, development, and growth of employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in labor and organizational sciences or an economic field, or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an industrial or production environment.
  • •Experience supporting multiple sites or business units.
  • •Strong knowledge of Belgian social law and HR processes.
  • •Experience with HR projects, change management, and organizational development.
