Job Summary

Build multimodal large language models for intelligent e-commerce content moderation. You’ll research modality fusion across text, audio, images, video, and live-streaming, improve few-shot/zero-shot multilingual and long-sequence performance, and develop adversarial defense for AIGC content. You will also enable agent capabilities with RAG tool invocation, auto-planning, and interpretable COT generation to support autonomous, high-accuracy review decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Research e-commerce intelligent moderation multimodal large language models, including modality fusion across multiple data types.
•Develop few-shot/zero-shot capabilities for multilingual, long-sequence, and few-shot e-commerce moderation tasks, including auto-prompt generation for dynamic rules.
•Study adversarial defense for AIGC image/video discrimination to improve review robustness.
•Enable agent capabilities using RAG module invocation, tool usage, and auto-planning to support dynamic reasoning and reflection.
•Improve autonomous decision-making with interpretable COT generation, reducing misjudgments for automated e-commerce review.

Key Requirements

•PhD degree, preferably in artificial intelligence, computer science, or mathematics.
•Strong programming skills with a solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, and proficiency with algorithmic/engineering frameworks.
•Prior publications in international conferences or journals (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR) are preferred.
•Deep machine learning foundation with research experience in deep learning, reinforcement learning, NLP, or multimodal learning.
•Good communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the team to drive technical innovation.
