Insomniac - Hard Summer 2026 Seasonal Production Assistant

Support the Back of House Department for Insomniac’s Hard Summer festival by helping coordinate festival area operations, compiling and organizing advance documentation, and acting as a vendor liaison. Assist with advance credential materials and correspondence between vendors and production teams, communicating production needs clearly and on time. You’ll work closely with the Back of House Manager and help the production stay organized through busy, deadline-driven event weeks.
