Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end architecture for automation use cases across the enterprise.
  • •Evaluate and decide on the right engineering approaches across APIs, backend services, modern frontends, cloud platforms, deployment architecture, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 engineers, providing architectural oversight, solution reviews, and hands-on guidance.
  • •Define and enforce global architecture standards, patterns, and best practices; establish reusable engineering frameworks and AI-driven automation accelerators.
  • •Drive ALM, CI/CD, and release governance across the organization to ensure scalable, reliable delivery of automation products.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise application development.
  • •Proven leadership of engineering teams across multiple technology streams.
  • •Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, D365, and Dataverse.
  • •Experience with cloud-native architectures, APIs, backend services, and AI/ML capabilities.
  • •Strong ALM, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
