Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage software releases across QA → Load Test → Stage → Production environments.
  • •Execute and support OTA firmware releases and launch mobile app releases to App Store and Google Play.
  • •Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure environments, including monitoring, deployments, rollbacks, and platform health checks.
  • •Create and manage monitoring/alerting systems and lead/support 24x7 major incident management with end-to-end resolution.
  • •Ensure proactive performance monitoring and SLA compliance; maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud systems.
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and pipelines.
  • •Strong understanding of Azure environments (PaaS and IaaS), including VM, Storage, Event Hub, Service Fabric Cluster, AKS, IoT Hub, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Databricks, Key Vault, and Data Lake.
  • •Experience with CI/CD tools (Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible).
  • •Familiarity with IoT concepts and knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
