Manage Azure-based platform operations for IoT ecosystems, including software release and deployment across QA through production. Key Responsibilities

•Manage software releases across QA → Load Test → Stage → Production environments.
•Execute and support OTA firmware releases and launch mobile app releases to App Store and Google Play.
•Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure environments, including monitoring, deployments, rollbacks, and platform health checks.
•Create and manage monitoring/alerting systems and lead/support 24x7 major incident management with end-to-end resolution.
•Ensure proactive performance monitoring and SLA compliance; maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure cloud systems.
•Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and pipelines.
•Strong understanding of Azure environments (PaaS and IaaS), including VM, Storage, Event Hub, Service Fabric Cluster, AKS, IoT Hub, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, Databricks, Key Vault, and Data Lake.
•Experience with CI/CD tools (Octopus, Bamboo, Terraform, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub, Ansible).
•Familiarity with IoT concepts and knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes).
