Job Summary

Maintain accurate vehicle inventory while supporting a fast-paced car retail experience. Receive and secure incoming vehicles, prepare title packets, perform lot maintenance and merchandising, and prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners. Execute the photo station process for online listings and drive vehicles on and off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support, while following Environmental, Health and Safety requirements and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain accurate inventory by following CarMax inventory processes.
•Receive and secure vehicles shipped to CarMax and prepare title packets for transfers.
•Perform lot maintenance and merchandising to keep display areas clean and organized.
•Prep vehicles for customer returns and loaners, including washing and vacuuming.
•Execute photo station processing for carmax.com listings and drive vehicles on/off the lot for repairs, storage, and auction support while following EH&S requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.58 - 24.51 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CarMax driving standards.
•High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Ability to read, interpret, and accurately transcribe data for inventory records.
•Completion of Inventory Associate workstation certifications and assigned trainings.
•Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors and outdoors.
