Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and govern the eCommerce analytics systems landscape, driving platform adoption, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead Pandora’s global eCommerce analytics community by establishing standards, methodologies, and capability-building via training and knowledge sharing.
  • •Drive the eCommerce analytics data quality and governance agenda, delivering deep-dive analyses and actionable insights for business growth.
  • •Oversee forecasting frameworks and performance analytics capabilities to support commercial planning and improve decision-making tools.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team and act as a trusted advisor to senior eCommerce leadership to influence strategy with fact-based recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in eCommerce analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical disciplines.
  • •Strong experience with web analytics platforms, especially Adobe Analytics; ContentSquare (or similar digital experience analytics tools) is a plus.
  • •Experience owning analytics platforms, driving governance frameworks, and ensuring data quality and adoption at scale.
  • •Demonstrated success partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing strategy through data and insights.
  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams, including training, coaching, and capability building.
