Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, assess, and prioritize revenue opportunities across City Operations and partner with functions to shape and implement opportunities.
  • •Develop business cases with Finance-supported financial models to evaluate commercial opportunities, cost-recovery mechanisms, pricing options, and sustainability.
  • •Lead operational efficiency initiatives through process optimization, service redesign, productivity improvements, demand/capacity analysis, automation, sourcing, and better asset/technology use.
  • •Coordinate performance management by defining/refining KPIs and analyzing trends and variances to recommend corrective actions and support executive reviews.
  • •Provide analytical inputs to annual and multi-year planning, workforce planning, budgets/contracts, and develop improvement roadmaps aligned with City Operations priorities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
  • •Approximately 8-12 years of relevant experience in management consulting, operational excellence, value creation, business planning, performance management, corporate strategy, or a comparable field.
  • •Demonstrated experience identifying and delivering revenue, cost-efficiency, productivity, or service-improvement opportunities.
  • •Experience developing business cases/financial models, executive recommendations, and implementation roadmaps in complex operating environments, engaging senior stakeholders across functions.
