Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, and intra-day replenishment.
  • •Maintain and champion visual standards for the sales floor and stockroom standards/processes.
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs; complete other tasks to keep the store clean, safe, inviting, and operating efficiently.

  • •1+ years prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
