Key Responsibilities

•Own the customer journey and serve as the primary contact for operational and executive stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
•Track deployment timelines, milestones, risks, and escalations while setting clear expectations for tradeoffs and readiness.
•Build trust with customers through proactive, transparent communication and reliable follow-through.
•Lead on-site deployment execution during ramps, go-lives, and critical milestones.
•Identify real-time operational bottlenecks and help customers adapt workflows around our systems.
•Bridge the gap to HQ by coordinating with Dyna during active deployments for troubleshooting and rollout adjustments.
•Act as the customer advocate by translating field feedback into actionable internal priorities and aligning with Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Operations teams.
•Develop deployment trackers, rollout plans, and customer-facing materials; create executive updates and deployment reviews.

Key Requirements

•2–5+ years in a role combining operations, deployments, and customer-facing responsibilities.
•Versatile communication skills, able to engage floor supervisors, customer executives, and internal technical teams.
•Operational grit with a calm-under-pressure mindset and strong problem-solving instincts.
•Technical literacy to understand and articulate complex system behaviors, even without a formal engineering background.
•Hands-on experience with hardware/robotics deployments and field operations.
