Key Responsibilities

•Develop an in-depth understanding of the real estate business to analyze processes, identify issues, and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
•Enhance workplace user experience by analyzing the real estate portfolio and user behavior, creating measurable experience metrics, and driving workplace experience innovation.
•Independently plan, deliver, and oversee multiple key RE&F projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, tracking progress, and evaluating outcomes.
•Lead the standardization of business processes and continuously improve process quality and governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in space process consulting, change management, real estate management, or a relevant field.
•Solid understanding of user experience and ability to identify user pain points and risks in processes and policies.
•Strong analytical skills, including experience managing by objectives and delivering projects with a clear sense of ownership.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
