Key Responsibilities

  • •Review customer and project specifications for special processes, identifying applicable requirements, risks, and areas needing clarification.
  • •Recommend practical alternatives, deviations, exceptions, or clarifications aligned with industry codes and customer expectations.
  • •Consolidate project requirements after purchase orders, reconciling differences between quotations, technical qualifications, and contractual agreements.
  • •Collaborate with quotation and project teams to produce accurate sales order documentation communicating customer and project requirements.
  • •Develop and review project addenda/procedures for special processes (e.g., material testing, heat treatment, welding, painting, NDE) and support technical clarifications for timely approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with special processes in oil and gas, energy, industrial, or related sectors.
  • •Experience supporting welding, coating, heat treatment, casting, material testing, NDE, or similar special processes.
  • •Strong knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME BPVC), including Sections II, V, VIII, and IX.
  • •Understanding of NORSOK M-501 requirements and their application to project specifications.
  • •Ability to review, interpret, and apply technical specifications, standards, codes, and customer requirements.
