Key Responsibilities

  • •Recruit deaf BSL users across the UK and maintain relationships with deaf community organisations and individuals
  • •Liaise with participants to arrange research sessions, provide study information, obtain informed consent, and follow ethical procedures
  • •Assist with collecting and organising video-based linguistic data
  • •Analyse, code, and annotate BSL video recordings using established coding protocols, ensuring accuracy and reliability
  • •Maintain detailed recruitment/coding records, securely store data in line with policies, and contribute to project meetings and research outputs

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 33,002 - 35,608 annually

  • •Fluency in British Sign Language (BSL), with excellent receptive and productive signing skills
