Key Responsibilities

  • •Palletize assembled boxes securely according to shipping specifications and build stable tier-by-tier loads.
  • •Audit and verify shipping labels and carrier lane color indicators; generate and affix pallet labels to verified loads.
  • •Stage pallets into designated shipping lanes and transfer pallets from the production floor to the shipping dock.
  • •Conduct incoming pallet and trailer cleanliness/safety inspections, complete required documentation, and re-verify top-layer labels prior to loading.
  • •Record pallet data for each processed load and reconcile loaded box counts against expected carrier manifests while maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Certification and proficiency operating the designated material handling equipment used in the facility.
  • •Adhere to safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards, and PPE/hygiene policies.
  • •Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended 10–12 hour shifts, including lifting up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • •Perform accurate pallet and carton handling, including secure palletization and tier-by-tier load building for stability.
  • •Strong attention to detail for label auditing, verification, and accurate recording of pallet data.
