Job Summary

Lead architectural delivery for projects in Wood’s Singapore office, directing architectural engineering and design work aligned with execution plans, procedures, and standards. Manage and coordinate a team of architects and designers, ensure timely high-quality deliverables for construction, and coordinate with permitting and qualified persons for local authority approvals. Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall technical direction and coordination of architectural engineering and design work for assigned projects in line with project execution plans and procedures.
•Lead and operate the Architectural Specialists group, ensuring high-quality, timely completion within work-hour budgets.
•Coordinate architectural permitting deliverables with the Permitting Coordinator and Qualified Persons for local authority approval.
•Assign and coordinate architects/designers activities, and prepare/review/check/issue architectural deliverables through construction.
•Conduct model reviews, assist in technical audits, and provide construction support through site visits and walk-downs as required.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Architecture.
•Registered Professional with an accredited professional entity/country.
•15 to 20 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical plants, oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, LNG and power plants.
•Expertise in local Singapore permitting requirements and experience preparing design deliverables under Singapore Building Control Regulation and Building Firecode.
•Experience leading and guiding teams of architects and designers, with strong written and oral communication skills.
