Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver major features and architectural improvements across the Add-ons stack, including automated moderation pipelines, Reviewer tools, and DevHub.
  • •Help establish engineering standards for code review, production readiness, runbooks, incident response, on-call practices, and definitions of done.
  • •Create robust observability systems and data-backed insights to support reliable operations and improvement.
  • •Improve CI/CD pipelines using declarative pipeline-as-code approaches that enable reproducible, testable changes.
  • •Write clear technical documentation (design notes, ADRs, runbooks, incident write-ups) and work iteratively with a visible backlog and stakeholder feedback.
