Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership to define and execute the Digital Design technology strategy and roadmap aligned to business stakeholders.
  • •Serve as technical/project lead for Digital Design solution development and deployment across key NPI/NTI programs.
  • •Lead AI/ML capability development for engineering, including SciML, generative AI, Reduced Order Modeling (ROM), and AI-enabled engineering model integration.
  • •Develop strategic technical proposals with Product Engineering and Digital Engineering teams to accelerate technology adoption.
  • •Champion DFSS adoption, drive continuous improvement using ECIS tools, and mentor engineers while fostering an ecosystem through external collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (or 5+ years with a PhD).
  • •Demonstrated experience in Modeling & Simulation with strong expertise in AI/ML model development and deployment.
  • •Proven ability to apply machine learning, scientific machine learning (SciML), and data-driven techniques to solve complex engineering problems.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/ML and digital engineering approaches such as Deep Learning, SciML, PINNs, Digital Twins, surrogate models, and generative AI for simulation/design optimization.
