Hospital Case Manager (Mediclinic Panorama, Panorama, Cape Town, ZA, Rothschild)

Coordinate the hospital case management process and ensure timely, accurate clinical information flows between all stakeholders to support correct reimbursements and minimise financial risk. Manage patient stays, ensure compliance with case management procedures, contracts, and legal requirements, and finalise cases correctly and on time. Communicate consistently with funders via case management channels, adhere to Level 3 clinical coding guidelines, and lead the Case Management team where applicable.
