Job Summary

Help keep Alpine Valley safe, clean, and welcoming by disinfecting and maintaining guest areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring work areas stay organized. Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs, troubleshoot and repair production equipment, and complete preventive maintenance. Assist with end-of-show venue closeout, sustainability efforts, and simple machinist, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, using hand/power tools and equipment manuals to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Keep the venue safe and clean by disinfecting restrooms and other fixtures and keeping guest areas free of trash.
•Perform cleaning duties to keep work areas neat and orderly and assist as assigned.
•Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled maintenance repairs to production equipment during production and machine service.
•Read and interpret equipment manuals/work orders; diagnose issues, replace/repair parts, and make adjustments.
•Perform preventive maintenance and simple machinist duties, including troubleshooting and repair using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 hourly

Key Requirements

•Requires a high school diploma/GED and maintenance experience.
•Highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
•Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs or more.
