Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently build and grow treasury management business by developing and driving a TM strategy and accelerating business development to meet financial objectives.
  • •Own financial and production results for the assigned portfolio, ensuring revenue growth targets and tracking activity with accurate Salesforce input.
  • •Lead and implement a full-year TM Line of Business/market business plan, including targeted focus areas, SWOT analysis, and quarterly plan-versus-results comparisons.
  • •Cultivate strong LOB partnership and optimize growth by coordinating RM engagement, client planning, and regular 1v1s with group managers and RMs.
  • •Steward the TM fee portfolio by understanding revenue levers, identifying trends/gaps, managing at-risk clients, and executing initiatives such as pricing or rate events.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum of seven years of bank treasury management or other financial sales/consultant experience.
  • •Excellent relationship management skills across cross-functional internal teams and senior leadership, and externally with vendors and clients.
  • •Proven negotiation and active listening skills, with strong oral presentation and written communication.
  • •Business/market expertise with 7–10 years minimum industry experience and confidence in technology-level conversations with CFOs.
