Own packaging development for the international market within the International R&D Packaging team. Create, develop, and implement industrialized packaging solutions while managing project risks and delivering quality attributes. Drive innovation and cost-out ideas to build the pipeline, and strengthen cross-functional relationships. Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders and report into the Packaging Manager, continually improving packaging fundamentals, cost competitiveness, and sustainability.
