Key Responsibilities

  • •AMC activities at customer site
  • •Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate, and document customer incidents in a timely, efficient and professional manner according to contract maintenance and warranty
  • •Document all customer interaction
  • •Actively contribute ideas for better customer service and continuously improve the quality of service
  • •Stay up to date with new technology and trends and collaborate with other technical teams

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • •Power Utility experience preferred
  • •Exposure to SCADA/control systems (Monarch SCADA knowledge is a plus)
  • •Knowledge of IEC101, IEC104, MODBUS and DNP protocols
  • •Knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and basic networking (Windows, Red Hat, switches, firewall)
