Flight Guidance & Motion Planning Engineer

Own motion planning, trajectory generation, and guidance laws for high-speed autonomous flight. Work with imperfect, delayed estimator and perception inputs to produce dynamically feasible references for the control loop. Evaluate classical optimization-based methods against learning-based approaches, design perception-aware interfaces, and build mode/failsafe logic. Verify via simulation and SITL/HITL (including Monte Carlo), then iterate using flight-test logs.
