Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure on-time delivery of multiple large-scale data center security projects for access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance across the US and Brazil region.
  • •Coordinate with data center project managers to align security installation schedules, progress, and delivery timelines.
  • •Manage security vendors performing enterprise access control and video surveillance installation, programming, and testing.
  • •Partner with design managers to review security designs and ensure compliance with standards and specifications; guide site teams to monitor installation progress.
  • •Drive security program initiatives including security design standard reviews, documentation, cost optimization, technology roadmap, and knowledge sharing; support international expansion activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Engineering or other IT/Security technology-related qualifications (e.g., PSP, CPP, CSPM or product-specific certifications).
  • •3+ years of hands-on experience implementing enterprise video surveillance and access control systems, preferably for critical infrastructure projects.
  • •At least 1 year of experience managing security vendors as an end user or client.
  • •Familiarity with physical security design standards for data centers in the US region.
  • •Demonstrated integrity and accountability, with stakeholder management experience during conflicting priorities.
