Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise ST15 fabrication activity, including daily schedules and workflow.
  • •Lead and manage fabrication and integration staff, including performance management and performance outcomes.
  • •Review work instructions and recommend changes to simplify manufacturing and increase build rate.
  • •Provide data and reporting for departmental metrics and improvement objectives, monitoring labor hours and overtime.
  • •Ensure product quality and conformance to specifications; maintain tooling and consumable inventory; drive safety, auditing, and continuous improvement.

  • •4+ years in assembly and production in aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing.
