Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with sales teams to understand customer missions, priorities, and constraints through discovery sessions.
  • •Translate business needs into platform capabilities and agent responsibilities, identifying high-leverage automation opportunities.
  • •Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI MVPs, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, MCP servers, and observability.
  • •Build enterprise-grade UIs with React and modern design systems to communicate agent behavior transparently.
  • •Deliver outcome-oriented live demos and iterate quickly with customers during pilots, workshops, and POVs, aligned to governance and security mandates.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8+ years in sales engineering, applied AI, hands-on technical consulting, customer-facing software engineering, or technical product roles.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced AI/ML degree is a plus.
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications with modern LLM frameworks, orchestration patterns, and backend engineering (Python, TypeScript, APIs).
  • •Experience designing MCP servers, external system integrations, and using AI evaluation/tracing tools.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to move from ambiguity to clarity quickly while delivering compelling demos.
