Job Summary

Build enterprise-grade MVP agentic AI applications for prospective customers, translating ambiguous business problems into compelling prototypes that accelerate time-to-value. Partner with sales teams on discovery, value mapping, and outcome-oriented demos. Design end-to-end solutions using multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, observability, and LLM frameworks, while advising on deployment readiness, security mandates, and data readiness. Iterate with customers during pilots and provide reusable assets for platform selling.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with sales teams to understand customer missions, priorities, and constraints through discovery sessions.
•Translate business needs into platform capabilities and agent responsibilities, identifying high-leverage automation opportunities.
•Design and implement end-to-end agentic AI MVPs, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use, memory, MCP servers, and observability.
•Build enterprise-grade UIs with React and modern design systems to communicate agent behavior transparently.
•Deliver outcome-oriented live demos and iterate quickly with customers during pilots, workshops, and POVs, aligned to governance and security mandates.

Key Requirements

•6-8+ years in sales engineering, applied AI, hands-on technical consulting, customer-facing software engineering, or technical product roles.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced AI/ML degree is a plus.
•Hands-on experience building agentic AI applications with modern LLM frameworks, orchestration patterns, and backend engineering (Python, TypeScript, APIs).
•Experience designing MCP servers, external system integrations, and using AI evaluation/tracing tools.
•Strong communication skills and ability to move from ambiguity to clarity quickly while delivering compelling demos.
