Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the group accounting team to prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • •Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • •Oversee preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are highly preferred.
  • •Minimum of 12 years of progressive group accounting experience, including significant leadership experience in a similar role.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
