Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop your team members while supporting competence supply for the group.
  • •Establish, maintain, and develop customer relationships and participate in bid activities (anbudsaktiviteter).
  • •Provide people leadership with personal responsibility for group members.
  • •Collaborate with the Division/Unit Lead and other People Leads to follow strategies that create a trusting, idea-driven work climate.
  • •Contribute to assignments in roles such as assignment owner, project manager, technical responsibility, or senior consultant, including supporting projects internationally.

Key Requirements

  • •At least a university degree in engineering with a focus on societal building (Samhällsbyggnad).
  • •Several years of professional experience as a consultant, contractor, project manager, or equivalent role in the infrastructure/societal building industry.
  • •Strong understanding of the industry and consulting/business operations (konsultaffär).
  • •Experience with roads/land, street, or traffic engineering, plus prior experience from leading roles, is strongly meriting.
  • •Very good Swedish and good English skills, since most documents and communication are in Swedish and WSP is global.
