Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and optimize Red Hat infrastructure in collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality client services.
  • •Provide consulting and technical support, including troubleshooting issues and recommending best practices to improve performance and stability.
  • •Conduct proactive maintenance such as system analysis, performance tuning, security measures, and compliance with industry standards.
  • •Perform telco platform assessments and ongoing monitoring, including capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure reliability.
  • •Maintain documentation and reporting, including incident summaries, performance metrics, and coordination of patches and upgrades with minimal disruption.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Native or professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and professional fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • •Experience implementing, managing, and supporting Red Hat technologies, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat OpenStack.
  • •Solid understanding of virtualization and containerization (e.g., KVM, Docker) plus Linux system administration and troubleshooting (preferably RHEL).
  • •Scripting/automation experience (e.g., Bash, Python, Ansible) and strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
