Key Responsibilities

•Define and own the long-term technical strategy for Platform Systems, translating reliability, scalability, capacity, cost efficiency, developer productivity, and stack modernization into an executable roadmap.
•Lead a large-scale AI stack modernization effort across AIMS engineering teams, establishing the migration path and driving cross-functional alignment.
•Set engineering excellence standards for AIMS by owning observability, reliability practices, on-call hygiene, and engineering norms.
•Champion developer experience by deploying GenAI-powered tooling across AIMS to measurably reduce friction in the development lifecycle.
•Hire, develop, and retain engineers across seniority levels, and partner with director-level stakeholders to advocate for investments and navigate ambiguity.
