Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Village at Meridian

Drive store profitability and operational efficiency by executing inventory management, shipment/receiving processes, and sales floor replenishment. Investigate and help resolve inventory accuracy issues by partnering with store leadership, maintain visual standards, and support stockroom processes to reduce shrink. Collaborate across reporting, budgets, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to keep store operations clean, safe, inviting, and running smoothly while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
