Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end outage management for an assigned plant, improving long-term asset reliability and cost efficiencies.
  • •Assist the Project Manager with outage planning (scope, resources, manpower, spares, QA plan) up to 18 months ahead.
  • •Execute outages by monitoring daily progress, managing stakeholders/service providers, and ensuring work control, HSSE, and quality standards.
  • •Arrange spare parts, consumables, tools, work authorizations, and required regulatory/safety permits before execution.
  • •Develop outage documentation and reporting, including final outage reports with planned vs achieved goals, milestones, issues, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •10+ years’ experience in Operations and Maintenance of large power plants.
  • •Outage execution experience with OEM is a plus.
  • •Experience managing at least one outage of Steam/Gas Turbines.
  • •Ability to apply project management principles and communicate/present/negotiates effectively.
