Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a core area of the XDR roadmap end to end, driving detection, correlation, incident building, and response capabilities across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network.
  • •Expand and maintain XDR telemetry and integrations, using first-party Elastic data and third-party EDR and other sources to correlate in real environments.
  • •Contribute to exposure and vulnerability management, including prioritization and remediation workflow.
  • •Write requirements engineering can execute on, translating customer input and threat research from Elastic Security Labs into product.
  • •Represent product in customer conversations and maintain competitive landscape and GTM awareness while creating decision artifacts for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years in security-related technical product management, competitive analysis, or technical marketing, plus at least 3 years in related product development or a technical field.
  • •Experience owning product areas end to end—from requirements through shipped, iterated outcomes.
  • •Hands-on domain knowledge of XDR, EDR, SIEM, incident response, or forensics, with credible understanding of correlation, response, and detection engineering.
  • •Comfort building products that rely on heterogeneous third-party data and broad telemetry integrations.
  • •A BS or MS degree in engineering, computer science, or information security is required.
