Act as the communication hub for emergency and non-emergency calls during concerts at Shoreline Amphitheatre. Monitor venue CCTV, log incidents and two-way radio communications, and coordinate information with venue management and department heads to support safety and order. Work closely with on-site leadership, prioritize urgent calls, and resolve complaints using CCTV evidence while maintaining accurate records. Part-time seasonal role requiring evening and weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive emergency and non-emergency calls, record significant information, and address requests by transmitting details to the proper departments.
•Monitor venue CCTV during all event phases to help ensure safety, preserve order, and protect property.
•Log incident reports via the OnTrack system and maintain logs for incidents and radio communications.
•Log and manage two-way radio communication related to security, medical, and police, prioritizing calls by urgency and importance.
•Investigate and resolve complaints using venue CCTV and communicate pertinent information to staff during pre-show meetings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.7 - 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy with the ability to stay calm in emergencies.
•Experience with CCTV software and proficiency with Microsoft Office (strongly preferred/proficient).
