Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and improve manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient plant operations.
  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment, including cleaning/lubrication and repairs/rebuilds.
  • •Visually inspect equipment, identify malfunction causes, measure parts for wear/misalignment, and document repairs and maintenance.
  • •Conduct safety inspections and perform LOTO and equipment safety checks before use/return to manufacturing, supporting safety and ISO/GMP standards.
  • •Install new or relocate equipment and perform related facility/trades work as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have 1-4 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (or equivalent).
  • •Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skill sets.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using schematic diagrams and equipment manuals/work orders.
  • •Capable of required physical mobility and lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • •High school graduate (or equivalent); Associates degree from an accredited technical institute preferred.
