Stage Manager- Observatory OC

Coordinate all aspects of evening show production by communicating event details to crew and internal departments, securing required passes and tickets, and preparing guest lists. Lead and supervise production crew and Greenroom staff, ensuring performers have the items needed for the show. Oversee load-in/load-out of band and rental equipment, enforce staging and safety protocols, and document any production crew disciplinary issues while executing post-show artist settlement.
